Steph Matuku is a creative writer from Taranaki, New Zealand.
She was a copywriter for radio for fifteen years and has had articles and stories featured in Kiwiparent Magazine and The School Journal.
Her play ‘A Story Of Rona’ won a 2013 Playmarket award and has been published in the Playmarket anthology ‘Stage Adventures: Eight Classroom Plays’.
She was a mentee of the 2016 ‘Te Papa Tupu’ writing incubator with The Maori Literature Trust and Huia Publishers, where she worked on her first YA novel, “Flight of the Fantail.”
She also writes blog articles and marketing material for business.
